  • Massage a small amount into areas where nerve pain/weakness is present, and the bottom of feet.  In addition to these areas, massage into the following regions:

    For hand, arm, shoulder pain, massage into the upper back and neck;

    For foot or leg pain, massage into lower back, buttocks, and entire foot/ankle.


    Repeat this process three times daily, and whenever needed.  This oil has a cummulative effect, so the more often it's used, eventually the less frequent it will be needed.
