Beginning with the day after your period ends, rub treatment over the entire abdomen and lower back area (to the bottom of the tailbone) for two complete menstrual cycles, plus 14 days.  
 
If you have a headache, rub this blend into your temples. 
 
If severe symptioms persist, repeat the treatment cycle.
 
You may also put 7 or 8 drops of this treatment oil into warm bath water daily.
