Massage over abdomen and middle-back.  May also be taken internally by adding one drop of Digestive to a vegetable capsule, then filling the capsule half-full with an organic carrier oil.  Do NOT take internally without first blending with carrier oil - this blend is too potent to be consumed 'neat'.
